Why is that comics news? Well, many years ago, it was a Northern Virginia location for Steve Geppi's comic shop chain. Wikipedia says they were called Geppi's Comic World, which I had forgotten, and this article in ICv2 has a good history of his career before Diamond Distributors. IIRC, some of the NoVa and DC stores were sold to Another Universe?
