Justin Bilicki wins Science Idol contest

The Union of Concerned Scientists picked Justin Bilicki as winner for its 2008 "Science Idol: Scientific Integrity Editorial Cartoon Contest." Bilicki wins a trip to Washington, DC -- that lucky devil.
