Here's some shots of the editorial cartoon exhibit in the National Museum of Health & Medicine. Curated by Alan Blum, this layout is by Steve Hill and Bill Discher. Bill did the big cutouts in particular. The exhibit's up for two more months.
..brings back memories. I really enjoyed constructing the over-sized cut-outs using scans of the original cartoons. I especially liked coming up with the idea for the airport tower display, designing it and constructing it. ~William F. Discher, exhibit designer, illustrator, graphics.
This brings back memories. I really enjoyed constructing the over-sized cut-outs made from scans of the original cartoons. I also liked coming up with the concept of the airport tower display stand and then designing and constructing it for this exhibit. ~William F.Discher, Exhibit Designer, Graphic Designer, Illustrator
