Applications for the 2014 Jay Kennedy Memorial Scholarship
are due Dec. 16. Applicants must be college juniors or seniors and do not have
to be art majors to be eligible for the scholarship. The winner is selected by
the National Cartoonists Society Foundation. (As an aside, the scholarship winners
since 2010 have been female cartoonists.)
