 I'm uploading old newsletters for work to the Medical Heritage Library, and just ran across this page from the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth newsletter for July 2009.

The article doesn't talk about the cartoon part of the campaign, but it appears to be archived in the Internet Archive. I can't get the java script to run, but Mark talks a little about the work here.
