July 31: Galactic Con in Columbia, Md.

A new local comic con, Galactic Con, will be held July 31 in Columbia, Md., at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Columbia. It will feature a costume contest, artists and vendors and a "Shopkins Swap Zone."
