What we talk about when we don't talk about politics

In his newsletter, he wrote,
After months of hibernation, I finally published something new! It’s an election-related project, but guess what? It’s about everything *except* politics.
Last time you heard from me, I was looking for voters willing to share their stories. But then my editors threw me a curveball: They told me to find random people out in the world instead.
At first, I hated the idea. Talking to strangers is an introvert’s worst nightmare. But it turned out to be an amazing experience—everyone had a wonderful story to tell.
Today, I’m sharing the first in this series (more to come next week, stay tuned). This project left me more hopeful for the future of the country. I hope it lifts you up too.
