Booklist Panels and Award Ceremonies Graphic Novels in Library Month Panel Saturday, June 22, 1:00–2:00 p.m. Washington Convention Center, 147A To launch our first-ever Graphic Novels in Libraries Month, we're hosting a panel of comics writers and artists, including Kirk Scroggs, author and illustrator of The Secret Spiral of Swamp Kid (DC); Kami Garcia, author of Teen Titans: Raven (DC); Mike Maihack, author and illustrator of the Cleopatra in Space series (Scholastic); Raina Telgemeier, author of Guts (Scholastic); and Ru Xu, author of NewsPrints (Scholastic). Expect appearances from Gaby Dunn, Kirk Scroggs, Kami Garcia, Meg Cabot, Jerry Craft, Ngozi Ukazu, Mark Siegel, Mike Maihack, Ru Xu, Raina Telgemeier, and Emma Steinkellner.
