We're collaborating with the DC TRANS BOOK CLUB and hosting them for their discussion on KISSES FOR JET: A COMING-OF-GENDER STORY by JORIS BAS BACKER!
This graphic novel tells the story of a trans teen figuring out his gender in the pre-internet world. Raw, intimate, and hilarious, Joris Bas Backer's story features Nirvana obsession and boarding school woes with a 90s backdrop.
We'll be joined (virtually) by the author himself for a discussion of the book.
