Steve Artley returns to editorial cartooning (after a fashion)

Steve sent me a note late last month,

Just wanted to let you know that I've opened a channel on YouTube and have begun posting various opuses from my archives. With Trump once again in the White House, I've found many of my cartoons from his first term seem to still apply. I put them into the YouTube video format, at times with effects and music.

I am also posting selected audio programs from my podcasts, again adjusting them to fit the YouTube video format. These are typically 1 to 3 minute spots steeped in satire often using parody to unabashedly ridicule Trump and his twisted, rabid pit-bull-on-steroids approach to governing. Spots are all written and produced by me, including voice work and musical performance recorded and mixed in my studios. With Trump well on course to reducing the USG to oligarchy, candid work of this nature may be outlawed. I may very well end up arrested. But, these products entered into evidence will make for an entertaining trial.

Please take a look. This is only the beginning. If you like what you see, please share with friends, colleagues, strangers, folks at the market and on the street. Subscribe (it costs nothing). LINK: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOlkAU_3xd1qDkSmn-49AtQ

I have also left FaceBook and Kid Zuckerberg (decorated member of the Trump Youth) and have joined the ranks on BlueSky Social: @artleytoons.bsky.social

He followed it up today with,

I wanted to let you know that I opened a "Store" on Redbubble, to sell prints and novelties using some of my artwork. It's just a start with only a few pieces so far, selecting from some existing pieces. But I will be adding more to it regularly, including new works. So, please keep checking back.

and another update,

I am also on Printify: https://artleytoons.printify.me/ which is turning out to be a bit better at showcasing the work
