Applications for the 2010-2011 Swann Fellowship, one of the few graduate fellowships supporting scholarly work in caricature and cartoon, are due February 15, 2010. The Swann Foundation for Caricature and Cartoon administered by the Library of Congress seeks to award fellowship funds up to $15,000 each year.
