The Strand has had a bunch of
cartoonist-drawn tote bags already - Seth, Spiegelman, Sikoryak and Tomine -and I bought them all a couple of weeks ago, so perhaps
this contest will interest someone from the DC area. Apparently you have a better chance if your name begins with 'S'.
